My philosophy is to treat others the way that I would like to be treated in all aspects of life; with respect, fairness and a smile. We all have challenges in life; it is the choices made that make the difference. Being held responsible and accountable for our actions and being respectful of ourselves and others are two life lessons that are essential to learn in this class.
I have a low tolerance for dishonesty, indifference, laziness and meanness. On the other hand, I go the extra mile for any student who is genuinely trying to do their best and is not afraid of hard work to get there! My motto is, "Do is the First Part of Done!"
I truly believe that if you understand what makes you successful in the food service and hospitality industry, you can be successful in any business you choose and better prepared for all of L-I-F-E's challenges!
